Cancellation and Refund Policy
As an open-marketplace platform, Siacle follows the cancellation and refund policy of the respective suppliers. It is important for you to review the cancellation and refund policy of the specific supplier before initiating a booking. In cases where a supplier does not have a defined cancellation policy, Siacle’s cancellation and refund policy will apply.
If you wish to cancel a booking and receive a full refund, you can do so up to 30 days before the date and time of your customer’s travel. Cancellations made between 29-15 days before the trip will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation requests made within 15 days of the travel date/time may not be eligible for a refund. However, Siacle will make efforts to negotiate the best refund terms with the supplier on a case-by-case basis.
Once a cancellation request is approved by both Siacle and the supplier, you will receive a wallet credit of the agreed amount within 7 working days. You can then request a withdrawal of the credited amount to your bank account using the withdraw button in the wallet page. Our team will process the withdrawal request within 2 business days. The money will be credited to your bank account instantly via IMPS or NEFT, but it may take up to 7 days for the amount to be reflected in your bank account due to operational delays.
Please note that the specific details and timelines mentioned above are subject to the terms and conditions of Siacle and the respective suppliers. It is advisable to refer to the cancellation and refund policy and contact Siacle for any specific inquiries or clarifications regarding the process.
Thank you for trusting us with your travel business needs.
